Colonial Estates is a subdivision in the city of Dickinson. Consisting of 82 homes located in Galveston County, TX. Development began in the early 1960's and is one of the oldest HOAs still in existence in Dickinson. Colonial Estates Homes Assoc. Inc. is an incorporated non-profit corporation for the purpose of preserving and enhancing the privacy, value and quiet enjoyment of homes in Colonial Estates.
Colonial Estates Homes Assoc. Inc. is a mandatory, self-managed, deed restricted subdivision. Colonial Estates is a bird sanctuary and is known for the trees and wildlife. Homeowners enjoy walking and riding bikes through the subdivision.
